Dr. Lucas Sánchez

Dr. Lucas Sánchez is the Head of Strategic Litigation at Just Access e.V and an independent consultant in public international law. Previously, he was a Research Fellow of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, and he completed his PhD at the Freie Universität Berlin on the remedial practice of human rights courts. He previously obtained his law degree in Barcelona and an LL.M at the University of Heidelberg. He was also a visiting lecturer at the University of Lille and conducted research stays at the Inter-American and the European Courts of Human Rights.
