Dr. Viktoriia Lapa

Dr. Viktoriia Lapa is a Lecturer at Bocconi University of Milan, Affiliated Scholar at the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development, Bologna, and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bologna. Previously, she was Visiting Research Fellow at the Lauterpacht Center for International Law, University of Cambridge (2018); Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (2017-2018); Junior Lawyer at Dentons, Ukraine (2014-2015); and Prosecutor in Ukraine (2011-2012). She holds a PhD in law from Bocconi University and an LL.M. from the University of Barcelona and Maastricht University. Viktoriia has published in the fields of international commercial law and constitutional law of Ukraine.
