Help us keep a case running
Just Access is a small organisation arguing cases that set precedent. Litigation is slow and it is expensive, and the people we act for cannot pay for it. Regular giving is what lets us take a case that will run for years.
Make a donation
Our donation form is provided by FundraisingBox, who handle the payment for us. Loading it contacts them, and PayPal if you choose that method, and FundraisingBox sets one cookie so the form keeps working while you fill it in. Nothing has been sent to them yet.

Bringing cases
Filing fees, translation, expert evidence and the counsel time behind a submission to a treaty body or a regional court.
Standing with survivors
Reaching the people a case is actually for, and keeping them informed in their own language for as long as it takes.
Work that outlasts a case
The research, the podcast and the toolkit, so that a ruling we win is one other lawyers can use.

Just Access is a registered non-profit in Heidelberg and can issue a donation receipt for German tax purposes. Tell us when you give and we will send one.
