Litigate, publish, represent
Three kinds of work, and each one carries the others: the cases produce the analysis, the analysis is what we argue from, and the seats we hold are how a ruling reaches past the people who won it.
Litigate
We bring strategically chosen cases, amicus briefs and submissions to the courts and treaty bodies that can set precedent.
Publish
We turn legal analysis into something a non-lawyer can read: the blog, the podcast, conference papers and a human rights toolkit.
Represent
We hold civil-society seats at five international coalitions, and speak there for the people we work with.
